MASSAGE SERVICE POLICY

Booking & Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system or by phone.

• A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time for relaxation before your session.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.

 

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

 

Health & Wellness Considerations

• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities before your session.

• If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, fever, or any contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of all clients.

• If you have ulcerative colitis or other digestive conditions, please discuss any concerns before the session to ensure your comfort.

 

Payment & Refunds

• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

• Gift cards and prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

• No refunds will be issued for completed services.

 

Professional Conduct & Boundaries

• All services provided are strictly professional, therapeutic, and non-sexual.

• Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be charged in full.

• The therapist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

 

Gift Cards & Packages

• Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase.

• Packages must be used within the specified time frame and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

 

Privacy & Confidentiality

• All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

• Your personal and medical details are only used to ensure a safe and customised massage experience.
