MASSAGE SERVICE POLICY

Booking & Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system or by phone.

A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time for relaxation before your session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Health & Wellness Considerations

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities before your session.

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, fever, or any contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of all clients.

If you have ulcerative colitis or other digestive conditions, please discuss any concerns before the session to ensure your comfort.
Payment & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

Gift cards and prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

No refunds will be issued for completed services.
Professional Conduct & Boundaries

All services provided are strictly professional, therapeutic, and non-sexual.

Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be charged in full.

The therapist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase.

Packages must be used within the specified time frame and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Your personal and medical details are only used to ensure a safe and customised massage experience.
